This residence has been designed for multi generational living housing four generations within the site.

Designed to the platinum level for liveable housing design guidelines to facilitate ageing in place. As a landscaped sanctuary for the family once through the front gate threshold, future proofing the design was important.

The site is located within Mount Pleasant is increasing density so anticipating future surrounding development minimises the impact when it eventually occurs.
