Situated opposite the popular Neil McDougall Park in Como and with adjacent open space to the north, the design maximises views to the Park, the Swan River, and to the open space to the north. All but 1 dwelling has generous access to the northern aspect.

The design investigates existing and future typologies of the streetscape within the locale providing a suburban scale facing the parkland with the taller apartment building well setback from the main street.
