Belle Parc

The Landscape proposal currently being developed with WOHA Architects and MJA Architects for a residential tower in Perth’s suburbs.

Evoking existing residential typologies into a multi-levelled landscape and experience.

Sited between a high traffic corridor and an existing parkland, the design team has worked together to provide outdoor amenities integrated with the architecture for successful outcomes; social gathering spaces buffered and protected, generous sized planters for cascading and mature tree elements to elevations.

Private terraces have been orientated to the parkland, providing protection from the traffic noise and expansive views of the adjacent parkland.
