Mahlberg Avenue

Located on a hill, this triplex development maximises frontages to the sweeping views to the east (including city views).

A key driver for the design was to ensure the rear residence did not become ‘hemmed’ into the site. Converse to this, every residence has access to the views, with the rear unit having the most expansive views to the city.

Designed for a builder, the scheme proposed a combination of face brick work and rendered finishes to minimise ongoing maintenance for the client.
