Vantage Apartments

The proposed landscape for the Hillam Architect designed Vantage Apartments includes planting to ground and elevated gardens to multiple levels on slab. Our scope included collaborating with the design team with the communal amenities, pools, hardscape and planter extents. With the site adjacent to the Swan River, the plantings needed to reflect some of the qualities of the local, whilst proving a clear and distinct legibility for the project. Screening of the adjacent properties were also an important consideration. The development process included submissions to the Swan River Trust (SRT)
