Concept + Feasibility

The proposed development provided 10 apartments over three levels above ground level parking on a very narrow site opposite the Leederville Oval.

The schemes streetscape proposes a rich material palette to its balconies signifying the value of outdoor activity and urban connection along with an integrated landscape development from street to entry. The project is a considered response to the master plan’s objectives and other recent approved developments, whilst having it’s own identity.
