Waterfront Hotel - Landscape

Situated on one of Perth’s significant sites to the city’s Swan River, the landscape includes a podium landscape for the hotel amenities.

Gathering spaces have been crafted as alcoves with differing levels and vistas. Bespoke fibreglass boat planters have been developed for the project.

The development process included discussions with the Perth City Council (PCC) Office of Government Architect (OGA) and Swan River Trust (SRT)
